About the role | Mo te turangaThe Group Quality Manager proactively supports the Chief Executive – Lifewise to achieve the strategic goals of 'The 3 Trusts' – Lifewise/Airedale Property Trust/Methodist Mission Northern. You will promote and influence an environment of continuous quality improvement. With a focus on leading and managing all quality and risk-management initiatives for 'The 3 Trusts' to meet legislative compliance, business needs, and to ensure the delivery of a high quality service. The role includes strategic overview of contracts including financial and resource modelling, establishing KPIs and measurements to ensure delivery of contract obligations, service quality, and social impact. Skills & Experience | Pukenga & wheakoPractical experience in a senior management role with strong quality and performance orientation, preferably in the not-for–profit sector.Ability to work autonomously and be self-driven. Knowledge of risk and quality management and performance improvement methodology.
