The Role

Working out of the head office in the City, you will be part of the senior management and support team that is focused on streamlining and driving the businesses. Your diverse marketing and events background will focus on seamless delivery and consistency across the group, unify the ongoing marketing strategies and plan high end events.
You will be responsible for the daily marketing as well as creating and executing individual marketing plans for each venue. Everything from building databases to creating and delivering campaigns, with the direction of the owner it is all you! High end events is also your thing, you will manage corporate clients and tailor events to their needs.
As the Ideal Professional, Qualities we seek include
Extensive experience in a similar role with a Multi Outlet or Multiple Venue Portfolio
Experience inplanning and executing corporate eventsand managing ongoing relationships
Ability to manage a team of events staff to execute high end events
Be willing to collaborate with the owner and deliver strategies on time without issues
Be willing to work flexible hours (when important events are taking place)
Brand management and development experience in the Hospitality Sector
Fully across current marketing trends in the market and point of difference approach
Great experience in social media updates and identifying opportunities in all platforms
Experience developing, growing and maintaining databases
Are able to see opportunities on a single venue and group scope
Development of a group marketing calendar and consistencies across the venues
Fantastic time management skills
