Public Relations & Corporate Affairs (Marketing & Communications) The Group Corporate Communications Manager plays a critical role in shaping the public image and reputation of our group. This position oversees all aspects of Public Relations, including internal and external communications, as well as Social Media Marketing. If you're passionate about strategic communication, brand management, and stakeholder engagement, this opportunity is for you!Key ResponsibilitiesDeveloping Communication StrategiesCreate comprehensive communication strategies aligned with the Group's goals and objectivesDefine key messaging and positioning to effectively convey the Group's brand identityMedia RelationsBuild and maintain relationships with key industry journalists, influencers, and media outletsHandle media inquiries, media test drives, and serve as the primary point of contact for media-related mattersCrisis CommunicationDevelop crisis communication plans and protocols to address potential issues that may affect the group's reputationAct swiftly and effectively to manage and mitigate communication crisesContent CreationGenerate compelling and relevant content, including press releases, articles, advertorials, and social mediaEnsure that all content aligns with the Group's messaging and branding guidelinesPublic Relations CampaignsPlan and execute public relations campaigns and initiatives to promote the group's products, services, and achievementsMeasure and report on the effectiveness of public relations campaignsBrand, Event and Budget ManagementSafeguard and enhance the reputation and image of the GroupOrganize and manage press conferences, product launches, driving experiences, and other related eventsDevelop and manage the communication department's budget effectivelyMarket Research and AnalysisStay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developmentsUse market research to inform communication strategies and identify opportunitiesStakeholder EngagementEngage with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, government agencies, and industry associationsBuild and maintain positive relationships to support the Group's objectivesManage and lead a team of communication professionals, including mentoring and coordinating efforts among public relations interns, content creators, and social media managers employed through our contracted agencyMeasurement and ReportingProvide regular reports and analysis of communication activities to senior managementCompliance and EthicsEnsure that all communication activities adhere to legal and ethical standardsRequirementsDegree in Mass Communications or Journalism (or equivalent) with related experienceMinimum 6 years of experience in automotive journalism in SingaporeExperience in digital and social media marketing, leading Public Relations, or event agenciesTeam management experience is preferredGood knowledge of the automotive industryResponsible, performance-oriented problem solverExcellent writing skills and social competenceFluent in English with excellent communication and organizational skillsIf you're ready to make an impact and drive our communication efforts forward, we'd love to hear from you!
