Report directly to CFO working within close-knit finance team

Reporting directly to the CFO this broad position covers financial and management accounting tasks for one of the entities. Supported by a small yet dynamic finance team.
The role: · Reporting; monthly and quarterly with analysis and commentary
· Meet annual reporting and tax obligations (with support)
· Budgeting and forecasting
· Support Treasury Accountant with cashflow requirements
· Financial analysis and ad-hoc project work
· Compliance and internal control tasks
About you: · Relevant tertiary degree as well as a current CA or CPA qualification is ideal
· Understanding of NZ reporting and compliance requirements
· Ideally exposure to property industry
· Commercially astute with transparent, timely and open communication
· Strong systems skills and exposure
· The desire to add value and learn
· Strong analytical and problem solving skills
