Working with a diverse range of people, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the grocery department and take pride in contributing to a store which is customer obsessed, exceptionally presented, welcoming and engaging for our customers, team members and community.
You will bring: A minimum of 3 years' experience working in fast-paced Supermarket environment Direct leading by example experience as you'll need to lead, coach and develop your team to meet targetsA collaborative hands-on approach focused on operational excellenceThe ability to listen and learn and show genuine care for both team and customersAbility to look ahead and energise your team to deliver with pridePrevious purchasing and inventory control experienceAn intermediate level of computer skills (spreadsheets, SAP)Come and join a team where your professional development is our investment.
