Grocery Manager

An exciting management opportunity has just become available at NewWorld Feilding. We are seeking a Grocery Manager to lead our Grocery team andenhance our Grocery department for our valued customers.
It is a full time, permanent position.
The Grocery Manager's role consists of but not limited to assisting tohelp maximise sales whilst managing expenses, stock levels, out of stocks,wastage, creating/maintaining rosters, ensuring all elements of health andsafety and food safety are adhered too, training team members and managing theteam so that our customers receive an outstanding shopping experience.
The ideal candidate will have the following attributes:
Experience in supermarketmanagement, extensive grocery experience or other managerial experience.Experience supervisingand leading people.Self-motivatedindividual with a great work ethicOrganised with the abilityto plan well and maintain organisational structures and proceduresAble to work withinthe parameters of a Food Safety ProgramAbility to work ina fast-paced environment, whilst placing emphasis on Health and Safety policiesand proceduresYou'll be workingalongside your team each day so need to be physically fit and able to fulfilthe requirements of the role.Theability to drive something within a flexible and creative workingenvironment - if there's a better way, get it done!Livingyour best life - be part of a truly community driven store and ofproviding a better place to live for your community!What are we looking for;
