Grocery Leader/Supervisor - New World AshburtonNew World Ashburton Shift Supervisor/Grocery Team Leader We are now looking for an energetic, passionate Shift Supervisor/Grocery Team Leader to join our New World operations team.
This is a fast-paced role providing assistance to our Dry Goods Operations Manager in the day-to-day requirements of our overall store's operations, including staff management and leadership in the absence of other managers and supporting with the overall merchandising of the entire store.
Overall store presentation is key and in the absence of store management you will effectively become accountable in maintaining the high standards set out by the store.
You will have a passion for superior customer service going beyond and above expectation every time and be adept in ensuring our culture of 'one team' continues to thrive through strong leadership skills and beliefs.
