This is mahi that will improve the health and well-being of everyone in Aotearoa, and we've got an opportunity for you to be part of it… Te whiwhinga mahi | The Opportunity The primary focus of this role is to lead and manage the graphic design team, ensuring the creation of impactful design assets. Experience as a Graphic Designer and in managing graphic design teams (in the range of 5 years). Understands the public sector. Demonstrates strong relationship building, interpersonal, collaborative, and customer-focused skills and experience, and success in the presentation of materials and ideas to achieve cut through and impact of work developed for an organisation. Has creative problem-solving skills, savvy judgment, and confident decision-making skills under pressure. Is highly organised, able to balance multiple assignments and meet deadlines. Able to adapt to a changing environment quickly and easily using analytics, critical thinking, and established networks of contacts to tap expertise. A commitment to being a good Te Tiriti partner in all your actions.
