Recruitment - Agency (Human Resources & Recruitment) Entry level role to learn the ropes of recruitment! Genuine opportunity to progress As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the recruitment process from start to finish. You will collaborate with Senior Consultants to ensure a seamless and efficient hiring experience for both candidates and stakeholders. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, organised, and passionate about talent acquisition. The role will work closely with Recruitment Consultants supporting them in day-to-day activities and involve: Responding to candidate applications online and by phone Interviewing and assessing candidate suitability Carrying out reference checks and testing Utilising our internal database and online sources for suitable candidates Writing up candidate profiles and briefs Attending client meetings and assisting with job briefs Formatting CV's and uploading information on to internal systems Key attributes required include: Degree qualified (Ideally in Marketing, Business/Commerce, Human Resources or Psychology) Genuine interest in business Customer service and relationship building skills Accuracy and attention to detail An urgent and energetic approach to meeting KPI's and timelines The ability to get outside your comfort zone Intuitive, practical and a good judge of character Resilient and pragmatic with genuine commercial acumen Plenty of training is given and the environment is open plan and supportive.
