Graduate Program Manager

We’re about to embark on a journey to create a world class Early Careers Program – a dynamic, whole of business program that will expose young New Zealanders to the complexity and scale of Foodies and enrich their career pathways by providing exceptional opportunities, support and training.

To get us in the game we’re looking for a talent specialist to help us build an Early Careers Program.
The Role:Take a lead on scoping out the framework of a bespoke Foodies Early Career Program (think interns, grads, high schools & more)
Run and manage advertising, assessment centres and selection

Provide pastoral care to interns and grads
Work alongside experts to create exceptional marketing and employment branding material
Build strong relationships with education providers, internal stakeholders and students (of course!)
