The role
This newly created role reporting directly to the EVP Supply Chain & Procurement is a business critical role, responsible for leading an end to end cross functional value chain to service our customers with Spare Parts Globally, from customer requirements to planning and fulfilment. We are looking for someone who can create & enable an "all systems approach", and influence the business to achieve our Leading Goals, with a strong focus on our customers and end users.
This role will have global responsibility for the creation and optimisation of systems, global processes and organisational wiring of future state within Spare Parts globally. You will provide support and direction on current & future state, imbedding a coordinated approach, and communicating the true view of customers' requirements and demand in each market.

The scope of this role is wide, and therefore, you will need to be someone who thrives in an unconstrained environment, who enjoys the challenges change brings, and has the communication and influencing skills to get buy-in from a wide variety of stakeholders and drive operational excellence across the global Spare Parts functional teams.
On the technical side, you'll have extensive experience in Customer Service, warehousing or manufacturing operations, logistics, distribution, planning systems and processes, with an in depth understanding of general supply chain principles. A fundamental understanding of Lean principles, value stream mapping, optimisation and complexity reduction will be required.
