Global Agritech business – collaborate with regional & global marketing teams Lead the business strategy for our Livestock Farm Infrastructure categories Global Agritech business – collaborate with regional & global marketing teams Lead the business strategy for our Livestock Farm Infrastructure categories Participate on product development projects, global price setting & cost analysis Focus on category management, branding, packaging, SKU set up and general product range optimisation across our global markets. An insight to the role Joining our industry experienced & awesome global product team, you'll work closely with and report to our highly motivated Senior Global Product Manager who will support, guide & develop you in the role You'll manage the lifecycle of our existing Electric Fence Accessory & Waterers portfolio (product management function), including developing & implementing a roadmap of improvements, new product development & third-party sourcing initiatives Bringing your technical & creative talent to the role, you'll recommend brand & product strategy for the designated categories Monitor global category revenue & gross margin performance versus budget & market share metrics – communicate your insights & recommend solutions where appropriate Maintain key working relationships with global sales, operations & local marketing teams Review technical communications (User Guides etc) & product marketing communications (website, brochures etc) to ensure the content is fit for purpose Provide relevant content to the global & regional marketing functions to support development of technical training material for various markets (sales, resellers, end users) Oversee the performance of product categories against competitors – report on & suggest recommendations for existing products, review customer feedback about product performance, packaging & literature Share your ideas and feedback into the preparation of the portfolios strategic and business plan Manage OPEX to budget; recommend new product investment allocation & recommend strategic business alliances Key success factors Enterprising – adaptable – relationship focused - resilient – creative & conceptual – planned & organised – analytical – enjoys presenting & communicating information At least 3+ years category management & product management Project management skills will be super helpful to successfully manage smaller lifecycle projects Engineering related qualification is a definite advantage Exposure to using JIRA, Power BI, PowerPoint & MS Office Suite ideal Experience working in industries that have a lot of accessories (e.g., lighting or electrical) is highly beneficial as we have thousands of product skus, so you'll need the capacity & ability to be across lots of categories at any one time Commercial examples of how you've contributed to the development of business growth strategies We are open to considering candidates with R&D backgrounds or supply chain & ops, looking to move into product management Digital skills would be helpful, as is global livestock farming systems knowledge Culture & Values Be Passionate; Aim to Excel; Respect one another; Strive for Performance; Be Empowered!
