Global Marketing Lead

We're on a mission to raise the next generation of mountain bikers, and we need your help to share this vision with parents, retailers and distributors around the globe.
You will be responsible for all aspects of the Kids Ride Shotgun brand and marketing efforts, across retail and web, including marketplaces like amazon ? and you will be tasked with growing and managing a high-performing marketing team to get the job done.
Key focus areas:
Grow brand awareness internationally through our marketing program, select trade events, and other marketing initiatives that you'll bring to life.

Establish and manage our team of in-country market liaisons, driving them to deliver on our marketing objectives for each territory.

Provide product and sales teams with the marketing resources that they'll need to drive product launch and retail sell-through.

Your skills and experience:
Previous experience managing a high-performing marketing team

In-depth knowledge of both digital marketing (SEO, PPC, Social?)

Superb communication skills (other European languages a bonus)

An interest in riding bikes or mountain biking would be advantageous.

This is a grunty role, which requires the successful candidate to create structure around them and scale quickly with their team and the business as a whole.
This role is located in Tauranga, and international travel will be required once the borders open. In the mean-time, you'll need to be a zoom master, and manage a team across multiple time-zones.
