Recruiting and retaining a high-performing team with a particular focus on team training and development.Driving sales and promotional activities to exceed sales targets.Managing day-to-day operational deadlines such as rosters and stock management.Maintaining store presentation standards through effective visual merchandising.ABOUT YOU Ideally, you will have worked in a retail management or supervisory role, along with:
