We have an exciting and challenging opportunity for a General Manager to join our team. This role will be report to the Clinical Director and will be a member of the DHB Senior Leadership Team that contributes to the development and delivery of the DHB plans. You will be accountable to the Clinical Director for the delivery of safe and effective services within Medicine.

There will be demands to deliver a wide range of complex services in a timely way within financial and other resource constraints so experience managing complex organisations is essential. To be suitable for this role you will ideally have experience delivering sustainable system, process and performance improvement as well as the ability to provide strategic direction to the team. Experience in a similar role in the Health Sector is advantageous.
