Reporting to the Chief Sales Officer, you'll be part of the Farmlands Leadership Group and tasked with the delivery of Farmlands' financial and strategic goals in the Retail space. You'll lead our Regional Retail Managers and our Retail Operations Team to success and support a positive team culture across the country. This is your opportunity to play a key role in the NZ Primary Sector with Aotearoa's largest farming co-operative - an organisation incredibly passionate about its history, team and shareholders. This role requires superior credibility in retail leadership, and a high level of business acumen to enable breakthrough thinking to achieve our financial and strategic Retail goals. This is a hands-on role with regular national travel. Mohou ake About you With strong presence, energy and personal drive, you'll have significant retail leadership experience, and a track record of successfully building the capability of large, regionally dispersed retail teams.
