As a pivotal figure, you will provide exemplary leadership to a team of professionals while directly reporting to the board.
Your responsibilities as the General Manager will encompass meticulously overseeing annual budgets and formulating strategic business plans. Ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and compliance will be paramount. Furthermore, plays a crucial role in facilitating and fostering operational excellence across the organisation.
Candidates who have completed the New Zealand Certificate in Financial Services Level 5, including the General Insurance strand, are strongly encouraged to apply. Additionally, a business-aligned or business management qualification would be highly desirable.
