General Manager

We're looking for a candidate to this position in an exciting company.

With the significant grow in the sector, a General Manager is sought to help the Managing Director take the business to the next level. This pivotal role is managing and leading the team and operations day to day, as well as utilising your sales, networks and marketing initiatives to build and grow the business nationally. This isn't likely to be a 9-5 role, with the likely frontrunners being those passionate about fostering and leading the company's culture, success and sales.
The role currently leads five direct reports, with indirect reports on the installation side of the business. The success of this role, will mean these numbers will grow across the country.

Our client has tasked us with finding a savvy individual, likely from a GM or senior sales management background. You'll have experience in a fast paced and results driven environment, ideally with brand development within a growth sector. Your ability as an engaging and level headed leader while you navigate the team and business through this growth phase of the business will be second to none. It's likely you'll be an early adopter, looking to leverage technology to help you and the business succeed. Experience operating in a franchise environment a bonus, but certainly not essential.
