Job Description

They are looking for a new General Manager to run their NZ operation and continue their strong success. This role is reporting directly in to China and is where their product is primarily exported, as such it is imperative that you can speak Chinese. You will come with strong experience across operational management and sales & marketing and oversee production, quality control, R&D, supply chain, finance and HR. You will have a high degree of business acumen and be a strong negotiator and communicator.
The Successful Applicant

You will be able to speak Chinese and either be coming from another General Manager function, or be in a COO or Head of Department capacity and ready for that next step up. Having an understanding of the dairy industry would be highly advantageous.
