About the Role:
This is a fixed-term contract role with the potential to transition into a permanent position. The role itself is newly created. Reporting directly to the Director and Chairman, the General Manager will oversee all aspects of factory operations with a particular emphasis on management and sales. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth while ensuring operational efficiency, product quality, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share. Identify new business opportunities and market trends to inform sales strategies. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners. Analyse sales data to optimise performance and identify areas for improvement. Lead and motivate sales and production teams to achieve targets. Provide guidance and support to enhance the performance of sales teams. Foster a collaborative work culture emphasising teamwork and accountability. Collaborate with sales teams to develop promotional campaigns and product strategies. Ensure efficient manufacturing operations and timely product delivery. Implement process improvements to optimise efficiency and reduce costs. Maintain compliance with quality standards and safety protocols. Manage sales and operational budgets, including forecasting and expense monitoring. Analyse financial and sales metrics to track progress and support decision-making. Qualifications: Proven track record of success in sales management and business development within the beverage manufacturing industry. Strong leadership abilities with experience in managing and motivating sales teams to achieve targets and deliver results. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders. Strategic thinker with analytical skills and the ability to translate market insights into actionable sales strategies. Proficiency in budgeting, financial analysis, and sales forecasting. Knowledge of beverage manufacturing processes, quality standards, and regulatory requirements is a plus.
