Be responsible for performing general cleaning and minor maintenance duties at a range of housing properties Undertake duties such as cleaning, repairing, and applying basic fixes to ensure facilities are tidy and functional Ensure communal areas within the units are clean and tidy, and electrical appliances are serviceable We have one permanent position available working Monday to Friday in Manurewa, Auckland. Previous cleaning and maintenance experience High attention to detail Ability to use your hands in a skillful way A "can do" attitude and a willingness to assist in a team environment Ability to solve problems Strong organizational and time management skills Full clean New Zealand driver's license and working rights 3 days of additional well-being leave A supportive manager, and a team who celebrates success Van provided Be quick to apply and step into a supportive role backed by an awesome Housing team!
