Initially you'll buddy up with another installer so you can learn the different aspects of the role and we can find your best fit within the team.Regular drug testing is part of our Company Policy so you will need to pass a pre-employment drug test prior to any offer of employment.You will work with a team of experienced installers and as we can get really busy there are opportunities to earn extra through extended hours (including Saturdays) with potential for increased financial recognition as you improve your skills and customer service levels.About YouKeen eye for accuracy and attention to detailMechanically minded / foward thinkerCompetent with hand and power toolsStrong work ethic with high energy levels and good communicationPhysically fit person (okay with height and ladder work)Able to work unsupervised and/or team environmentA current full NZ driver's license or equivalent in any other countryExperience preferred but not essential as full training will be provided The Role Installation of Sectional Doors, Roller Doors and Motors in compliance with company standardsMaintaining cleanliness on site and keeping your van adequately stocked and organisedFilling in job sheets accurately and recording essential job information when requiredFollowing site instructions and adhering to health and safety proceduresLocated in Hamilton, we service the greater Waikato with regular out of town travel (overnight stays a possibility)Busy and varied role working on residentioal, commercial and retil sites.Full time Mon-Fri position with occasional Saturday work to meet client demands.
