Functions & Events Manager - Royal Saxon

Royal Saxon is a vibrant and modern venue in the heart of bustling Richmond. Our team are equally vibrant and each brings their personality to the team.
We're looking for an experienced Functions & Events Manager to grow that part of the business. We're surrounded by opportunities and have some exciting plans in store so you'll have the freedom to be creative and try different ideas.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:
Excellent knowledge of local venues and market trends
Passion for exceeding customer expectations
Vision to create something original and fitting with what our customer base is looking for
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with colleagues and customers
Excellent time management
Ability to budget effectively and achieve KPIs
Ability to use software to support this role (word/excel/publisher)
Current experience working behind a bar
Availability across a 7 day roster
