We are on the hunt for an experienced all-round Office Manager. This position is the backbone of the Business and is full of challenges, yet rewarding.

The successful applicant will have the following experience and skills:
Previous experience in a similar Office Manager role for 3+ years.
Experience in managing a small admin team.
Must have previous experience with accounting packages (Xero would be an advantage).
Must be experienced and be confident with Excel and Word.
Experienced in Payroll and legislation (SmartPayroll would be an advantage).
Previous experience and an understanding of Health and Safety regulations.
Experience in Human Resources and Employment.
Experience in Stocktaking and Stock management would be ideal.
Be able to communicate and build excellent customer relationships, internally and externally.
Must be able to cope with busy periods/high workload, as our business needs can increase hugely over the different seasons.
An understanding of sales reports and margins.
Ability to work alongside the Directors and Sales Manager, completing additional tasks as required.
