The company is seeking a talented Full Stack Developer with around 2 years of experience, ready to take their skills to the next level. Responsibilities: Collaborating with the engineering team to build and maintain automated test scripts while familiarizing oneself with the code base. Developing and implementing new features and enhancements across the entire stack, including Ruby on Rails backend, React.js frontend, and Node.js microservices. Working closely with the product team to understand customer needs and translate them into technical requirements and solutions. Taking ownership of projects and initiatives, from conception to delivery, ensuring high-quality code and timely execution. Continuously optimizing and improving the platform for performance, scalability, and user experience. Contributing to the ongoing evolution of the technology stack, staying abreast of emerging tools and best practices. Demonstrating initiative and creativity in identifying opportunities to better serve customers and enhance the platform. Requirements: Around 2 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer, with a strong command of the tech stack. Solid proficiency in Ruby on Rails, React.js, Postgresql, Redis, Elasticsearch, Node.js microservices, Capacitor.js, Next.js, Typescript, HTML, CSS, and Tailwindcss. Strong understanding of testing frameworks such as Rspec, Webdriver io, and Appium. Familiarity with cloud platforms like Google Cloud Platform or Azure, serverless architecture, and CI/CD pipelines using Github Actions. Passion for solving complex technical challenges and delivering high-quality solutions in a fast-paced startup environment. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Proven track record of taking initiative and driving innovation to improve products and processes.
