We are on the hunt for amazing front of house staff, Bar staff and a Maitre' D.
We have very high standards of service. We want some one with great understanding of food and wine. good customer skills and a keen hard worker. Experience in a high end establishment is essential.

We are looking for a Maitre D who is great with people, can lead a service and look after the bookings aspect, we also need front of house staff and bar staff who have extensive experience in high end dining. Candidates must have a friendly personality, Great English and have a great understanding of food and Wine. We are creating a dining experience. This is not just a take order and drop food kind of Job. Our menus and kept very brief and waitstaff are expected to describe and sell the dishes from the interaction they make with the customer.
We are also looking for a candidate with a flair with cocktails as well as a great understanding of Wine. We like to experiment in the kitchen and we are looking for a like minded person to bring the fine dining aspect into our drinks menu.

Applicants must have great knowledge of cuisine, terminology, wines including correct serving standards.
A large amount of customer interaction is involved from explaining complex dishes to recommending beverage matches.
