Sutcliffe Graham + Co Team player with a positive, flexible attitude and loads of enthusiasm, Makes good use of initiative and are well organised, Ability to adapt and change and learn new systems.We are looking for an incredibly organised and efficient receptionist to take on our essential front desk role and provide support to our admin team.
Our Tauranga based chartered accountancy business has experienced fast growth over the last 6 years and we need someone with proven experience working in a fast paced, front desk environment.
Along with being responsible for delivering a high level of customer service, key duties include:
Reception duties, liaising with clients and assisting wherever possible
Arranging meetings and diary management
Maintaining our practice database systems
Finalising annual accounts
Handling mail
Managing office supplies
General admin tasks as required
Key to your success in this position, proven administration experience, excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, can do attitude and ability to adapt and change in our ever growing business. Have the ability to pre-empt the needs of others around you, makes good use of your initiative; are well organised, sharp eye for noting detail and accuracy and are motivated.
You will have intermediate level skills in Microsoft office including, word, excel, and outlook). You will have the ability to quickly learn new tasks and systems. You will be a team player with a positive, flexible attitude and loads of enthusiasm - keen to meet any challenge and ready to help out wherever necessary.

Idealrequirements for this role:
Clean criminal history and drivers licence
Has worked as an administrator or receptionist
Eligible to work in New Zealand ? must have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa
Approachable and well presented
Wanting to work 32 hours across 4 days
Be able to work from between 8.30am to 5.00pm daily (days of worked to be determined)
