We're looking for the right person who can get us the right result as Formwork Carpenter, based in the Auckland. We are looking for 5 Formwork Carpenters for the Auckland region. ABOUT THE ROLE As Formwork Carpenter, you'll be working alongside our team on projects in and around the Auckland region, producing high quality foundation pads and structures. You will have: 3 years of verifiable work experienceA relevant trade qualification, or working towardsExperience in mainstream formwork carpentry would be preferredA commitment to health and safetyJob duties include: Constructing formwork, falsework and other timber structuresOperating items of small plant and machinery on which you have been deemed competentManual labour including lifting, carrying and shovellingAssisting all other trades on site to allow tasks to be completed as efficiently as possibleSpotting plant and machineryPlacing concreteCollecting and/or delivering materialsSite cleaning duties and general housekeepingThis is a 'hands on role', where you'll be able to utilise your experience from across the building industry and other related projects. Ordinary days of work are Monday to Friday between the hours of 7:00am and 5:30pm. Minimum guaranteed hours are 40 hours per week. We will also support the successful candidate through the relevant Civil Trades qualifications.
