Foreman/Metal Roofer

We are an established commercial roofing company with significant experience completing various projects in the industrial and commercial arena, working for a variety of clients.We are currently looking for an experienced foreman roofer with a hands-on approach to assist with our current projects. If you have experience in this area, we would love to hear from you.The successful candidate will be experienced in running roofing sites with the ability to identify risk and have a problem-solving attitude.This is a leadership role where you will be responsible for leading teams and have the ability to lead by example with strong communication skills and work ethics.In order to be successful in this role you would have several years' experience in either residential or commercial with experience in Espan and Standing Seam would be an advantage but not necessarily.We are looking for someone who has a down to earth nature, to fit into our dynamic team.You will work closely with a supportive and friendly management team to ensure that projects are delivered in a timely fashion without compromising quality.When you join our team, you will enjoy;Attractive hourly rate (aligned with experience)A full-time role working 44+ hours per weekTool allowance and assistance buying toolsA supportive team culture with monthly BBQ and other social eventsOngoing training, support and developmentVarious options are available to the right applicant.
