Job Description Who are we looking for?We are looking for an experienced Foreman to join our Waipaoa Maintenance team and deliver the good work Fulton Hogan is known for.What you'll be doingThis role will have you leading operational crew to deliver work on time, on budget and safely. You will be coordinating plant, labour, subcontractors and suppliers. Your talents will provide the team with an environment that puts safety and quality first.What you need to haveAlong with great time and people management, open communication skills, and a keen eye for detail and safety, you also need to have:Minimum class 2 licenceWTR endorsementsA background in road construction, including pavement constructionProven experience in leading a crewPrevious plant experience in a construction environmentAbility to communicate clear expectations to your team and suppliersAccountability for resources, including people management and supply allocationA can do attitude and the ability to problem solveAn unwavering commitment towards safety with a safety record to matchWhat can we do for you?We have a great team culture and supportive work environment here in Fulton Hogan.
