Floriditas in the heart of Cuba Street, Wellington, is looking for a full time experienced Senior chef de Partie.

We are a well established busy restaurant, running 7days, from 7am to 10pm and serving continually.

The ideal candidate would have;
• 3 -5 years al la carte cooking
• Good knowledge of food and
seasonal ingerdients
• Expereince in busy professional
kitchens
• Attention to detail.
• Be able to work as part of an
established team .
• Level 5 culinary arts qualification.

This is an on going role with the ability to develop within the business
