Fleet Service / Tyre Technicians

Looking for an opportunity to grow your career?   Bridgestone NZ Ltd has vacancies for 10 Fleet Service Technicians at our commercial stores across New Zealand - in Waikato, Southland, Manawatu-Whanganui, West Coast, Nelson, Marlborough, Bay of Plenty, Canterbury, Wellington, Tasman, Gisborne, Otago, Auckland, Northland, Taranaki and Hawke's Bay.   We are seeking people who will be motivated and hungry to learn. No experience required! On the job training provided. This will be permanent full-time 40 hour per week role. Overtime work and weekend work will be required.   About the opportunity: ·        You will be responsible for fitting and repairing tyres on a variety of vehicles both retail and commercial with a strong focus on customer service ·        Use protective safety equipment provided when operating machinery and manual working tools (eg. hoist, grinder, floor jacks, impact gun, compressor and work tools) ensuring safe working practices for yourself and your workmates.   You should have: ·        A valid Driver's License ·        A willingness to be trained ·        Ability to work on your own or in a workshop environment ·        A positive and reliable attitude to work and have great customer service ·        A willingness to achieve and grow within Bridgestone   We offer you: ·        Competitive pay - $27 to $30 per hour plus overtime rates ·        Full uniform clothing supplied ·        Training as a Fleet Service Technician   About Bridgestone NZ Ltd: Bridgestone New Zealand Ltd is part of the global Bridgestone Corporation, the world's largest tyre and Rubber Company.
