Fleet Safety, Compliance & Training Officer We have an opportunity within the Supply Chain team as a Fleet Safety, Compliance & Training Officer. You'll help manage the internal training programmes and external training providers, responsible for fleet & driver compliance and prepare compliance data insights, reporting and KPI outcomes. You'll either based in Auckland OR Palmerston North.
What you're responsible for ·Manage the internal training programme by working with external trainers and make sure drivers receive the best-in-class training.
·You'll be responsible for online training compliance; In Cap Technology, speed, fleet score compliance and all other compliance elements and equipment.
·Develop a training strategy, plan and calendar.
·Help implement Electronic Logbook management.
·Lead the Driver of the Year competition.
·You will remain up to date with all legislative requirements and changes.
What skills and experience you need ·Proven Heavy vehicle driving experience with a class 5 license.
·An understanding of the road transport sector AND/OR supply chain and retail environments
·Excellent written and verbal skills
·Previous coaching/training experience is advantages but not essential.
·Exposure to monitoring systems, E-Road, and technical specifications related to heavy trucks, would be an advantage.
