Fitter General

We are seeking 15 experienced Fitters to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the field and be capable of working independently or as part of a team.   What we provide Weekly Wages top industry rates paid negotiable depending on work experience and Skill level Holiday Pay Sick Leave Kiwisaver ACC On going training and upskilling provided along with all PPE required. Must be willing to travel for work as we have projects in a number of different locations across Canterbury and Otago. Minimum of 30 hours per week What you need to succeed Fitting experience (minimum of 2 years) Able to read and understand Construction plans and specifications to a good level. Able to identify materials tools and equipment necessary for the job at hand. Experience with installing brackets and supports seismic bracing would be an advantage. On site installation experience fabrication of metal parts to fine tolerances using machining tools to press, cut, grind, plane, bore and drill metal Have a positive attitude and bring value to the team you will be working in.
