Fire Services Technician | (Pump Specialist)

This exciting opportunity would suit a diesel or motor mechanic that wants to apply their trade to a specialised field in a commercial, industrial and residential setting. Similarly the role would suit a fire testing technician that wants to develop their skill set and specialise in wet fire systems.

About the position:
Installation, Repair, Commissioning & Maintenance of diesel and electric pump sets;
Perform flow testing of hydrant and sprinkler systems;
Performing on site callouts with proven field service experience & ability to Troubleshoot, Test and Repair;
Quoting & Scoping for upcoming works;
Preparing accurate and timely onsite service sheets and reports;
Ability to work safely to company policies and procedures;
Being reliable, diligent, trustworthy, honest and always punctual; and
Communicate professionally with customers and other employees.

What will you bring?
A trade qualification in a related field (e.g motor mechanic);
Fire service experience and/or previous experience in a similar role;
Current OH&S white card;
Current Drivers Licence;
Ability to work in a team environment and willingness to work over time or after hours when required.
