About the role As the Financial Controller at BEO, you'll spearhead precise and timely accounting, reporting, and financial analysis. Collaborating closely with all departments, you'll offer invaluable support and guidance to drive optimal financial results. You'll oversee a team of three, responsible for accounts receivable, accounts payable and payroll, as well as an assistant accountant, ensuring seamless financial operations across the board. The role also includes the following: Ensure compliance with financial standards and regulations, guiding us through audits with ease. Providing accurate monthly reporting for our local management team and to our parent company in Switzerland. Lead cash flow, forecasting, and FX contracts to optimise resources, guiding us through currency fluctuations with finesse. Ensure smooth operation of our financial engine, maintaining the general ledger system with precision and compliance. Collaborate on annual budgeting to align objectives and chart our financial path to success. Hunt for efficiency opportunities within our systems and driving these through execution with support from the business. What are we looking for? Full membership of CAANZ with minimum ACA designation preferred. Minimum 10 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in manufacturing/processing. Strong knowledge of IFRS/GAAP, ERP systems and MS Excel. Excellent leadership, communication and analytical skills.
