The Role We are looking for a Financial Coach to join our team. Our Performance Coaches take the promise that has been made to our clients, and work them through a personalised programme aimed at smashing out some big financial goals and allowing them to realise a better financial future . You will need to be a qualified financial adviser (NZCFS) and bring a well-rounded background of client facing experience. You will have superior interpersonal skills underpinning your ability to help our clients understand sometimes complex financial scenarios and make informed decisions about their finances. This allows you to establish rapport quickly, identify client needs, present solutions in a way that overcomes objections and closes a sale. Your ability to self-manage, keep on top of your planning, business development and the ever changing financial markets will make you a great trusted partner for our valued clients.
