Financial Advisor

We are looking for a Level 4 qualified Financial Advisor with 2+ years commercial experience for a well-established and growing, NW regional firm of Financial and Investment Advisors.They are looking for brilliant people who fit with their friendly, caring culture to help write the next chapter in their story. If you are looking to move from an impersonal Corporate environment to a smaller, friendly and caring team with excellent career prospects this could be for you.Based in Blackpool and working Mon - Fri (9am – 5pm), the successful Financial Advisor will be experienced in providing independent financial planning, pensions, investments and protection advice.The Financial Advisor role entails: * Building and strengthening client and joint venture relationships * Providing clear, reliable and consistent advice * Achieving agreed business plan metrics * Maintaining a strong pipeline of prospective clients * Keeping up to date with product, legislative and technical changes * Listening to customer needs & concerns and treating them fairly * Work effectively with the wider office team in line with best practice * Holding a current statement of professional standing (SPS) at all timesThe successful Financial Advisor applicant will have: * A Level 4 qualification achieved through a recognised industry body * Two years financial services experience in a client-facing advice role * Ability to create effective plans of action and stick to them * Able to work on own initiative and in a team, as required * Strong listening and written communication skills * Ability to build good professional connections / joint ventures would be advantageousThe role offers excellent career prospects, a generous salary (negotiable depending on experience) plus attractive monthly Bonus (discussed in detail at interview stage), pension, vitality medical, 10x salary death in service, perk box, 25 days holiday + bank holidays.If you are an experienced Level 4 qualified Financial Advisor looking for a career move and a friendly, caring working environment please apply, we’d like to hear from you
