We've built a reputation for having a highly specialist offering in marketing to the agribusiness sector and, whilst in-depth farming knowledge is not essential, sharing our primary sector passion and appreciation of all things rural is very important.We're currently recruiting for an experienced Financial Administrator / Office Manager to join our Napier based team on a permanent, part-time basis. This role is fast-paced so we're looking for someone who is enthusiastic, proactive and loves using technology to increase operational efficiencies. This position includes:General office management and administration Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable and PayrollContributing to end of month processesUsing accounting software and other tools like Microsoft ExcelLiaising with clients and third-party suppliersWorking to set monthly deadlinesStatutory filing including PAYE, Bi-monthly GST and annual FBT returnsOur ideal candidate will display the following experience and skill-set:Sound understanding of accounting processes and principles gained through experience in a similar roleAbility to have a high degree of interaction within a fast paced businessAttention to detail and accuracyA desire to learn the business, new tools and an inquisitive mindExperience and working knowledge in accounts receivable, accounts payable and payrollProficiency using Xero or similar accounting softwareExperience working with project management software such as Workflowmax and ProductiveIn addition to competitive remuneration, we also offer:Flexible and hybrid workingA state of the art, open plan and social office environment Complementary drinks, snacks, coffee and monthly lunch shouts Additional wellness leave days and birthdays off work A range of social events to attend throughout the year EAP services Personal development and motivation opportunities This is a part-time, permanent position, with an immediate start.
