Oranga - Wellness: Promote sustainable practices that ensure the well-being of our team and region. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and enhance the integrity of all accounting systems. Manage bank reconciliations, month-end closures, and GST reconciliations. Oversee all aspects of accounts receivable. Review and process payroll transactions fortnightly and as needed, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Reconcile all company credit card accounts, ensuring complete and accurate financial records. Support the audit process by ensuring compliance with all documentation and audit requirements. Assist the Head of Finance in preparing detailed financial reports and analyses. What We Require: A recognised accountancy qualification and at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, or 10+ years in a similar role without formal qualifications. Strong knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles. Proficiency with QuickBooks or similar accounting software. Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office products, especially Excel. Exceptional organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail. Legal entitlement to work permanently and unrestricted in New Zealand. Together any challenge can be navigated.
