A great opportunity for a financial administrator to work full time, 35-37.5 hours per week - Monday-Friday with some flexibility by arrangement.•Financial Admin role with flexibility•Competitive remuneration•Community Culture This role has strong focus on financial administration, however there will also be some general administrative and support requirements. The purpose of this full-time permanent role is to support the office functions of a community based programme, primarily with their accounts administration. Experience with Xero is preferred, however an understanding of accounting principles and experience with other software programmes would also be suitable. This role definitely has that 'feel good' factor, as your work will make a difference in the community. Hours - 35+ hours per week with some flexibility available by arrangement. Responsibilities include: Financial including assisting with budgets and forecasting. AP, AR, journal entries and running reports (Xero or similar)Operational and Administrative – general support, reporting, meetings etc.HR and payroll supportProperty managementCommunications and other duties as required The ideal candidate will be: An experienced accounts administrator - experienced with Xero experience or similarGreat with attention to detail, highly accurate and strong numeracy skillsA well-rounded administrator with efficient MS Office skillsEmpathetic and helpful to team and clients – fits in well in a team environmentExcellent prioritisation - meets deadlinesHow to apply To apply click the APPLY button and attach a CV and brief cover letter.
