Role Overview: We are seeking a Financial Accountant who will play a pivotal role in supporting the Group Finance Manager to deliver financial services across our Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality, accurate, and timely financial accounting services. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with proven experience in a similar finance role, who is dedicated to supporting others and contributing to the success of our organization. Key Responsibilities: Assist the Group Finance Manager in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting activities. Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations. Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoicing and reconciliations. Support the month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure financial processes are efficient and effective. Assist with financial audits and regulatory compliance efforts. Stay up-to-date with accounting standards and best practices. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Proven experience in a similar finance role, preferably within [mention industry or sector]. Strong understanding of financial principles and regulations. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Professional certification such as CPA or CMA is a plus.
