ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Financial Accountant to join our team. The Financial Accountant is responsible for maintaining financial records and ensuring compliance with accounting and auditing regulations. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of banking operations, accounting methods and financial regulations. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and maintain financial records according to industry best practices, policies, and regulations. Coordinate with banking operations staff to ensure accurate financial reporting at all stages of banking process. Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with accounting standard and regulations. Prepare financial reports, statements, and analysis to present to senior management, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies. Participate in financial planning and budgeting processes, providing key financial insights and analysis to support decision-making. Manage cashflow, including conversion of foreign receipts Manage bank account and loan limits Manage daily payments for the business Track financial performance, providing regular reports and analysis to senior management. Support cross-functional teams and participate in financial forecasting, risk management and controls. Manage Finance Administrator and Accounts Payable function ABOUT YOU Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field CPA or ACCA certification preferred. Minimum of 5 years' experience in financial accounting Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and auditing practices Excellent analytical, organisation and communication skills Strong team player with ability to collaborate effectively with others.
