Due to the current member of staff heading off on their travels they are looking for an immediately available Financial Accountant to join them.Your new rolePreparation and co-ordination of month end management reports.Preparation and review of balance sheet reconciliations.Preparing and processing journalsSignatory and authoriser of local and overseas paymentsTax compliance activities including preparing FBT and GST returns.Complete and support external and internal audit requirements.Collaborate with and support senior finance to ensure backup and support across multiple businesses.Support finance team members to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial information.Support the General and Commercial Managers.Maintain oversight over the financial system to enable data integrity, proceduralconsistency, and continuous improvement.Business insurance renewal.Assistance with preparation and co-ordination of budgets, forecasts and strategic plansSupporting budget owners to ensure full understanding and accountability for theirbudgets.What you'll need to succeedBe in a Financial Accountant and have experience with month end processingExposure to consolidated group reporting, forecasting and budgeting tools is preferred.A minimum of 3 years post qual relevant work experienceIdeally Manufacturing, FMCG, Agriculture or similar industry knowledgeWhat you need to do nowIf you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.If this job isn't quite right for you, but you are looking for a new position, please contact us for a confidential discussion on your career.#J-18808-Ljbffr
