Competitive salary + healthcare + benefitsOur Chapman Tripp Wellington Finance Practice is looking for an additional Solicitor or Senior Solicitor to join its high-performing team.We are a three-partner team, so can offer you the opportunity to act for a wide range of high-profile clients – such as banks and other lenders, corporate borrowers, and key public sector entities.Our work covers the full spectrum of transactional and advisory issues, including project/construction finance, acquisition finance, infrastructure funding and advising on regulatory and law reform issues in the finance sector. For example, our team has advised:on the project financing of a number of solar farms;Councils on the Infrastructure Funding and Financing ActChristchurch Airport and Wellington Airport on their recent bond offerson reforms to consumer lending laws and the bank prudential regulatory regimeWe are now looking for an additional Solicitor or Senior Solicitor to join our team.As the successful candidate, you will work directly with some of New Zealand's leading finance lawyers. You will also have the opportunity to learn from the wider Chapman Tripp team – across corporate, commercial, property and other practice areas.
