You will be working on a range of market-leading financial markets transactions for prestigious corporate, bank and other issuer clients, including sustainable finance, bonds, regulatory capital and derivatives. This is an interesting and challenging role and will suit an enthusiastic self-starter. What you will bring to the role: We expect that you will already have experience in a busy commercial law firm environment and are looking to take the next step in your career. You will have exposure with corporate finance, preferably including financial markets and advisory work. A strong academic background is a prerequisite.
