We have a newly formed finance team lead by our Group Financial Controller and Accountant and are looking for a Finance Officer to join the team.In this role you will be supporting the Financial Controller in a varied position across accounts payable and receivable, stock control, compliance and financial reporting for the companies under the Busck Group.We are not looking for a data processer; we are looking for an accounts all-rounder. To be successful in this role you will need to be a strong communicator, proactive, and constantly looking for system and process improvement. You will be eager to learn and keen to grow your knowledge. In addition to this you will:Have at least five years' experience in an accounts role with experience in accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations, end of month and end of year processes and be;Resolutions focusedProactiveOrganised and results drivenAdaptable to changeA people person who enjoys communicating with others inside and outside the organisationA team player – this is critical as the role will require you to work collaboratively as a part of a team supporting each other during peak workloads, absences etc.You will also ideally possess some of the below skills/experience:Sound knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel.Have the ability to pick up new systems quickly.Experience with Accredo or similar finance system.This is a great opportunity to join a new, fun and friendly team in a busy, growing and rewarding role.
