Supacolour is an incredible owner operated business and a real NZ success story on the global stage.As our Finance Manager, you willWork closely with the CFO, Business Leaders and other key stakeholders to develop and implement financial strategies, forecast performance and provide insights to inform strategic decision making, drive business growth and profitabilityLead a small global team of finance professionalsManage day to day financial operations including financial management and reportingBe responsible for managing all aspects of financial planning, reporting and analysis.Collaborate cross-functionally to support business initiatives and strategic projects.Ensure all compliance standards, regulations and policies are metIdentifying opportunities for process improvements.Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.Manage cash flow, investment strategies, and risk management activities.Prepare and present financial reports and analysis to senior management and stakeholders.About youBachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or related field5+ years' experience leadership of finance team.Remote leadership / Distance management experience preferred, but not essentialStrong financial acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial dataUnderstand commercial drivers outside of core finance and how they can affect business resultsExcellent communication skills with ability to build trust and motivate others.Ability to establish and maintain good work relationships and collaborate effectively across the businessDemonstrated ability in implementing process improvementsAbility to effectively manage and deliver projects to planProficiency in financial software and MicrosoftAdept at quickly learning and adapting to new technology and systemsStrategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a track record of driving financial performance.You'll identify with our core values - positivity, do right by people, work together, accountable, dream big and love winning.Supacolor offers a collaborative and flexible working environment with a great culture.
