About the Role - Tasks & responsibilities This is a true generalist finance role where you own everything (with lots of support and help from others). Planning & Budgeting Reporting Tax Compliance Accounts Payable & Receivable Cash Management Payroll Intercompany management Accounting Management Procurement and Stock and Assets Projects Processes, Policies and Systems This role is advertised as full time however we are flexible if you are interested in working less hours (the salary and bonus will be pro-rated). About you - Qualifications & experience CA / CPA qualified with at least 5 years' experience and ability to operate in a broad based finance role. You may come to us from a senior financial role. Critical to your success will be your collaborative mindset to partner with key stakeholders in the business. A background in manufacturing will be an advantage. Strong financial accounting skills including high attention to detail and accuracy. Ideally you will have exposure to multiple systems and proven ability to learn new systems. You will be able to lead effective, timely and accurate financial reporting on a daily, weekly, monthly, and annual basis. Ideally you will have experience with group/consolidated processes, such as budgeting, reporting, intercompany relationships and international / foreign processes.
