Our Mission:We transform the way hearing healthcare is perceived and experienced worldwide, making it a natural choice for people to seek the superior care and expertise of our hearing care professionals.We strive to understand the unique needs of every customer, delivering the very best solutions and an outstanding experience.We attract, develop, and empower the most talented people, who share our ambition to change the lives of millions of people across the world.About the role:We are currently seeking a professional and experienced Finance Manager to provide financial management and provision of timely and accurate information and business support to assist strategic and business decision-making.Key responsibilities: Oversee and review preparation of financial reports including monthly, quarterly and annual Audit liaison and oversight of the audit file and reconciliations Provide all necessary details to fulfil Statutory Reporting obligations Cash flow forecasts and monitoring Oversee the processing of all contract and other payments Key member on all projects involving the finance team including project management and project delivery on time and on budget Provide support and guidance to the business analyst to ensure timely and robust financial analysis to support business decision making Assist in pricing strategy and service costing framework Filing and payment of GST is accurate and timely Income Tax return and payments are accurate and timely Assist with the budgeting process including effective planning, guidelines and assumptions Actively manage team members in accordance with the organisations HR policies and processes, seeking specialist advice from HR team as required Ensure all finance team members are supported to maintain excellence in service delivery and have opportunities for professional development Ensure internal controls and systems are effective and efficient Own L262 Compliance and ensure issues are identified and investigated in a timely manner Review, develop and implement information systems to meet the organisations needs, including: Financial systems, Client information/contract management system Develop and maintain effective communication and positive working relationships with the internal and external stakeholders Instigate own personal and professional development needs with the Finance Director based on specific job-related competencies Undertake other duties as required by the Finance Director Education, experience and skills: Full CA membership of NZICA Demonstrated advanced technical financial experience 5+ years of proven experience in staff management including leadership, development and performance management Strong sense of judgement and decision-making ability Reliability, integrity High sense of initiative and self-motivation Continuous quality improvement Good time management Ability to work under pressure Communication skills Planning, scheduling, and organising skills Focus on service delivery / customer service Whats in it for you?You will be joining a forward thinking, innovative organisation - where you will have access to not just local but global initiatives, cutting edge technology and software, alongside a competitive salary, flexible working and staff benefit scheme.This is an amazing opportunity to truly partner with leaders to help drive business improvement.
